Is the family channel still 19.95? I looked on the site and it says 24.95 with locals. I do not need locals and was wondering if they have gone up on the price since ova digital was started?

I think you mean the Dish Family package. As far as I know it is still $19.99 without local channels. You do not have to subscribe to local channels if you do not wish.

Work through the Dish Builder and you'll see locals as an option to be checked or unchecked.
