Extra receiver cost?

I know this should be a question for an FAQ or something, but I searched the site and couldn't find anything that quickly answered my question.

How much does it cost to add an additional receiver to an account? It's a 311 receiver, and I own it. (from eBay) I want a unit that I can take when RVing.

When I activated my newly bought 722 receiver two weeks ago, the customer representative lady told me that there will be extra $12.00 for the new receiver. Is she correct?

It's $5.98 for the DVR fee and $6.00 for the receiver. How many receivers do you have? If you're leasing the first receiver is free.

The 501, 508 and the 721 do not have the DVR fee but they still have the receiver fee which is $5.00.
