What a bunch of bull that MLB Extra Innings is not available. Called customer service and they have no clue. Thinking seriously about dropping DTV again and this will be the final straw.Love the programming, but hate the fact that they have no idea what to do when a problem crops up. 4 hours and their engineers can't figure it out.

They won't allow you to have it ?
You have it and it isn't working ?

IF it wasn't working for anyone, you'd think it would be reported ...

I have MLB Extra innings here and it works fine. Did you try to order via DirecTV.com? It's super easy if you log in with your account, and click the order button. Not sure what issue you have had with the CSR's but they generally are knowledgeable on it.

If this is the same guy who posted on dbstalk. He was getting the mix channel for free but it stopped last night

I have never been to that website. The situation last night was that Ch.720 would not activate, nor would any on the EI channels. I was on the phone with a CSR who acknowledged the problem.

Sounds like it probably was a Local issue.
