External USB Storage transfer time

How long does a 2 hour movie take to transfer to a External USB Hard Drive.

Is there still the limitation that you are only allowed to transfer a movie to and from the USB storage only one time.

Depends of if the movie is MPEG 4 or MPEG 2. 4, which is compressed to less data, will take about 15-20 minutes per 2 hr movie. 2, about double that. I am not aware that there was ever such a limit.
