Explorer 8000HD Zoom problem

I always use the HD Zoom button on stations that are not in HD. It usually goes from Normal....Stretch....Zoom. Today it only has Normal and Zoom. How can I get stretch back.

This might help, but I'm not sure. I've seen where you can't zoom, but not where you can't stretch... You might need to set the box to Pass-thru mode. If you are using Upconvert1 or Upconvert2, then you can't zoom on SD channels. See this thread for more info:

Thanks a lot. I was messing with the settings the other night. On my TV it seems ike the projector inside the TV is tilted down. If you watch a movie with the black bars on the top and bottom the top bar is wider then the top. The Comcast Guy said it was the zoom feature on the TV but it wasn't it has to be something internaly. So i was messing with the settings to try and fx it and remember messing with the Pass-Through feature. Thanks again.
