any current deals for existing customers?
Sometimes it's different for each CSR you talk to.
Not really .... just how you come off to them directly relates to if you get said promotion offered to you or not.
Also but we all have the same guidelines when it comes down to this stuff. But it at the agents discretion not the customers if we let them know of an offer.
Why is it the agents discretion if you let the customer know of an offer ?
That doesn't seem fair.
I called to remove HBO/CINEMAX and ADD STARZ. I talked to the CSR in a very calm gentle voice. The CSR didn't mention a thing about the STARZ/SHOWTIME 2-for-1 deal until I mentioned it.
