All cabling (Ethernet, HDMI, speaker wire) I purchased in the past 10 years has come from Monoprice.
Great quality at great prices. Plus I like the variety of sizes. I have a small 8 port managed switch that sits on top of my router. I don't need a 3' cable to connect the two, a 6" cable does just fine. Same thing for HDMI. Don't need a 3' HDMI cable to connect my PSVR to my PS4, a 6" HDMI cable does the job.
The only cables I have that aren't from Monoprice are specialty cables, like my bidirectional HDMI -> DisplayPort cable I to connect my secondary monitor to my desktop PC. All oddities and converters I get from StarTech. If StarTech doesn't make it, it probably hasn't been invented yet.
