ESPN MNF mosquitoes

Is everyone else seeing a lot of mosquitoes in the ESPN-HD broadcast of the Vikings/Redskins game. It is especially noticable around yardlines and the logo in the middle of the field.
 
Mosquitoes are digital artifacts that show up around objects when compression is too high.

So technically we could even see mosquitos around mosquitos, wouldn't that be interesting!
 
I noticed that the picture is a little soft compared to the off-air hd games I watched yesterday.I think it is another example of hd lite.
 
The issue is with ESPNHD, not Dish. Their sideline camera that shows the play has been terrible all year long. It looks the same on Time Warner Cable here in Ohio, which also passes full bandwidth for the channel. Any zoomed in shots look pristine.
