hi guys, my friend ordered espn gameplan, and its not coming thru, called like 7 times, just a blank screen, has the dollar sign in the guide, you would think it would be working, but he's gotten absolutely nowhere in is search to find out why it's not working. reset the box and unplugged it a few times, and nothing. techs don't have a clue, and wanted to send someone monday, sure that'll help
