Equity moving channels around

Noticed last night there were some changes to the Equity channels

11799
KWBS was always in the mux (between KWBF and WBMM), but lately has been WNYI (52 Ithaca). Well, now its changed again.
KDEV-CA 62 Aurora is now here. But still shows on the guide as KWBS
It has moved from 11719 (2nd channel in mux).
That spot is gone (on the Viacast it goes from 1001 to 1003)

WNYI spot that was on 11719 is now KQOK-30 Univision Oklahoma

I'm confused , what are the numbers for KDEV? Is WNYI Spanish or English?

Rescan 11799. The spot where KWBS was (between KWBF WB and WBMM Daystar) is now KDEV

They replaced KDEV on 11719 with WNYI (at least thats what it logs in at) but its Univision?

This is weird.....

I watched the "top of the hour ID" on WNYI (2nd channel in 11719 mux) and it says "KLRA-LP" which is the first channel in the mux

Maybe they're keeping it warm?

The legal ID on Lick TV that I get has changed to strictly KDEV-CA 62 now. I'm guessing that WPXS/KUMO are splitting off to Daystar.

The Mediacom/Cox legal was taken off of it as well, and no reference to WNYI was made either.

I've been scanning the hell out of this thing and I can't find KDEV. When I scanned, WNYI popped up on the blank channel where KDEV used to be. What am I missing.

It is the 7th channel in the mux
WBIF, KTVC, KQUP, WMQF, WUMN, KWBF,KDEV(I think it still logs as KWBS)

I just saw it last night
The problem is, unless you see the ID's nothing really changed. It went from KWBS to WNYI to KDEV with the same video but different ID's

I think its just there to "stay warm"
The ID is KLRA, which is the 1st channel in the mux

No go, got the same ones. I think part of the problem is that I have not mastered this 3688 format. I think if I was using the 3618 I could do it woth no problems. Do you have PIDs for KDEV?

I do, but its at home

Found it. If I was with Red Foreman, he would ask "what kind of dumb**s are you. " I put on KWBS and low and behold up came the LICK TV KDEV station ID. Had it all of the time, just labeled wrong. As I said "dumb**s "

Yeah, its changed 3 times but still says KWBS...even though that call letters is at the FCC (Equity turned that in)

As far as that goes, Mediacom Cable is taking the KDEV-LP feed. All I see at the top of the hour most hours is KDEV-CA 62 Aurora. (what's funny about that is there's an Aurora Missouri in my market as well!)
