EPG Info Question

On our 211, whenever I turn it on, it always asks to update the guide information--saying that it's outdated. Earlier today, I went through the five minute update, and now tonight when I went to watch TV, it asks to update the guide info--why is it not retaining the information? It always does the default update at 3:00AM. Thanks.

Apparently a lot of people with the 211 have had this problem.

For the record, my issue with this has stopped lately.
