Emp Centauri 17x8 Multiswitch Help

Got my emp centauri 17x8 multiswitch yesterday and I'm trying to set it up with little luck. The set up instructions are vague to say the least. Can anybody give me some set up pointers? What are the dip switches for on the bottom of the unit and what do you set them at: on or off? Is there a default setting for the dials and what should they be set on? As you can see--I'm completely in the dark--please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am not familiar with the product, but you might want to check EMP Centauri's website for more information. Looks like there are several types of 17x8 multiswitches that they make. May be one of them has more setup information:
