Just upgraded to the Hopper system. On the menu is the External Hard Drive option. I click on it and and in the Transfer to and Transfer from buttons it only shows the Hopper internal hard drive. Have tried regular customer service chat, tech support chat and advanced tech support chat and am getting nowhere fast.
The EHD is a Seagate that I was previously using on my 211 with no problem. I figured I would lose all my recordings and would start over with a format but when I plug it into any of the 3 USB ports nothing is happening.
Did the unplug and reboot already with no luck.
Is this a known issue or have I been unlucky with the techs I keep chatting with?
