Echostar11 rescheduled

Oh, resched. I had no idea what that word was supposed to be.

-------------
Before the SeaLaunch accident back on Jan1st, Echostar11 was on the launch schedule, for I believe sometime in May.....it was removed from the launch
schedule since then, but has just been put back on it. A lot of people were
speculating that the launch would be moved to another company.

From the FCC application to launch. The date is not a reschedule, but an estmate by EchoStar as to the earliest possible launch date.
Okay, I read the FCC filing. The Oct. 1st date is just a wild a** guess by Echostar. It certainly won't be sooner, and will probably be much later.

"Due to past and recent launch vehicle incidents, the projected launch date for EchoStar 11 is not certain but could be as early as October 1 of this year, ..."

I missed this when I first posted my last reply, I was unaware this came strictly off the FCC filing.

This is all I know so far from reading around:

Sea Launch plans a return to flight in October
Thuraya-3 satellite is planned for Oct
E11 is planned for Oct

We shall see.

Dishnet in Monterrey (Mexico)

Is it possible that Dish damaged our LNBs with 4.01 thru 4.05?
