Echostar Constellation?

Would someone mind posting a list of all orbital slots controlled by echostar, including licensed band and whether it is occupied? Or, if this already exists please point me in the right direction? I know Tony has a great resource over at the ekb, but that only addresses currently transmitting birds.

I am trying to get a grip on what E* controls up there. Last time I attempted this they only had four slots... Back then it was pretty simple!
