Echostar 4

I have been receiving Portland locals off Echostar 4 for the last year because the house I am in can not receive 119 since there is a hill in the way. Last Friday they I lost the signal do any of you know if this bird shut off or if it’s just something in the wiring.

Echostar-4 has been approved to move east to either 77 W or 61.5 W. The FCC link below provides more details:
