E* Stock Quotes

Just looking at the stock quotes on the main page, and I noticed that E* is up about 5% Friday. Anybody know why it would jump up like that? D* was up by less than 1%.

Give Charlie credit for getting things done on the cheap while still turning a profit!

Actually, stock prices generally move in anticipation of information, not after the fact. It's much more likely moved on the Voom 21/ESPN2HD rumors. DirecTV didn't move much because the SW2 success had already been priced into the stock.

considering that it has dropped quite a bit over the last month, it's nice to see it head north again!

For those of us that bought a bunch of shares at $50-60 a few years back and still stuck with it, I only have one thing to say. STAY AWAY FROM E* STOCK (even if it would help us for more suckers to buy it)

the stocks been pretty much a dog for a long time, it goes up and down a few cents to a dollar but not much more than that and has been on a very slow decline for most of the year.
