Last night the picture was fine, then it was frozen on the screen & then I could not get any channel. I unplugged the receiver for 10-15 minutes, plugged it back up & everything seem fine. What causes this? My signal strength is 118 & 113. Any ideas???

Usually problems like that are caused by a brief power interruption that is cured by unplugging the receiver and forcing the receiver to reread its operating instructions.
The power interruption might be so brief you won't even see a light flicker.

Next time try doing a smart card reboot...just pull the card out until you see the systems info screen then push the card back in...it will reaquire and reset itself...if this happens alot you may want to get your system checked out.
