E-11 Holds Still at 138

It's speed is 0km/0mi and its holding steady at 137.92 WL. Not quite the 138.5 but it's close. I reckon they ought to start testing soon. P. Smith, etc., any of you want to point at 138 and see if anything is piping down?

It was at 138.54 W yesterday so I think that it's already there and just an error with the google tracking map.

Smith, P posted on the other site that there is no signal yet on 138.5 W.
