DVR SYNC issue: Since I moved

Okay,
I've had my DTV TIVO/DVR for about a year... always been fine. I moved recently and resetup my satellite at my new place and I get AMAZING signal (high 80's on every transponder and a constant 100 on #20). The weird thign is my B transponder (110 degrees) gets NO signal, but I called up DTV and they said my area uses the 101 degrees (A) transponder so I should be okay.

So when I moved I hooked into my phone line and did a daily call because I haven't updated my DVR in about 8 months (didn't have a hardline at my old place, just my cell). It updated fine, but since then my DVR hasn't sync'd programming and it shows that tomorrow (Friday) is the last day programming is available. I checked my DVR info screen and it shows the last attempted SYNC was April 6th.

So last night I did a phone line update and then pulled the plug on my DVR and then powered on a few mins later and it gave a ''cannot acquire all channel info'' after it did the startup, but I can get on all channels fine. It then SYNC'd for the first time last nigh at 2:00am but I still have NO guide past tomorrow (the guides past that date are only semi-complete) and I dont have that 'will acquire new data within 24hrs' thing.

Can this be because the B satellite setting for 110 isn't getting any signal?

I'm sorry this is jumbled up, but I have no idea what to do to get it tow ork and I'm at work.

**edit: By the way by SYNC above I mean the programming info, not the daily call sync** That has been going every few days fine, but the 'programming data' sync isn't going.
