DVR records every other minute

I have searched the forums but can't find an answer. Twice now, once on the the Stargate Atlantis season finale (bummer) and then tonight on American Idol, when I go in to watch a recorded show, I don't see 1 hour long show, but a folder with about 30 recordings. It seems like it records one minute, stops, waits one minute and then creates another recording. It only started to happen recently, maybe with the latest software. Anyone see this before?

I have had the same problem, but it was a different show.I added it to the thread about the new version of DVR software.

Mine is a 622, sorry I forgot to mention it.

I recorder AI last nigh and have been watching it for about 15 mins now without any issues. I have version L616 here on my 722.
