DVR Playback Not Working on Joey

Hello:

Having some problems. Internet connect is good and everything seems to be connected.

If I try to watch something that has have been record, I only get a back screen. Been doing this all day.

Then it becomes difficult to watch TV again.

When I reset the main hopper, DVR will work but only temporary.

I have also reset my internet router.

Any ideas?
 
If you haven't yet, I would unplug the power cord on the Joey and let it sit for a couple minutes, then plug it back in and see if that helps.
 
Tried it again....no luck. Does the same thing. Black screen. Then live TV won't work either without turning the joey off and back on.

Any other ideas?
 
I have another Joey in the house....DVR playback is working on that one.

That, combined with all the symptoms you've mentioned here and in your other Netflix thread, makes me think you might have a Joey that's going (or has gone) bad and might just need to be replaced. For kicks, swap the Joey that IS working with the one that is NOT working, and see if they experience the same issues in their new spots.
