My HR24-200 main DVR unit froze today on the progress bar midst the process of deleting a recording from my playlist. It did not freeze for a moment or two but took 2 hard restarts to get back up and running, the first restart rendered the remote useless.
While everything is fine now, I have had a history of issues with DVRs before. I was wondering if this incident could be explained and if it is at all possible to send out a BRAND NEW unit sans anything refurbished for me to get the best Directv experience possible.
I realize DVRs are like computers and have glitches, but this was a major glitch in my eye and it should have never taken place.
