Is E* still charging a fee for a second DVR? I want to upgrade my 322 to a DVR, but I don't think I should have to pay a second DVR fee. That is just greedy by E*.

Yes, the only people who do not pay DVR fees for each DVR are America's Everything Package subscribers. I have heard so many explanations for this from so many different people I don't even know why they charge it anymore.

You can get a 211 and activate the external hard drive feature, its a one time cost rather than a monthly dvr fee.
