Dual LNB Bracket

The difference is, one is made for an 18" dish, and one is made for bigger dishes.... heh

I would have to guess its the angle and seperation of the lnbs, since the different size, has different needs.

What kind of dish do you have that needs this? I would think that the choice is pretty cut and dry based on that.

The DirecTV type (18") LNB are held/located by the arm of the dish, and the 30" KU type usually grips the neck of the LNBF (40mm).

I have more than one dish - so I was wondering if I could get one bracket and experiment with it on more than one dish ;-)

What I think I would like to do in the long run is to see if it's possible to catch AMC3 and Telstar6 on a single dish. If that were possible - eventually - that would be my use for the bracket. In the mean time I would like to experiment with a few DirecTV and Dish 500 dishes I have sitting around as I don't right now have the funds to get another decent size FTA dish.

Thanks,
Michael

Dish size isn't a problem. It's the way the LNBF mounts to the dish. If your dish has the rectangle DSS type mounting you need the DSS type bracket. Clamps are 40mm so 40mm throat LNBFs are the best. You can use a PVC sleeve on a existing DSS LNBF with the small throat. We make both DSS twin output and a Ku twin output with 40mm throat sizes.
