This lends itself to calculation. I suspect there may be some maneuvering to get better deals, but offhand I’d say they are likely to accept. Too risky to lose everything, and even if the whole thing goes bad later- well, that may be on someone else’s watch.

I do not believe the majority of those that hold the debt, will get the full value of those bonds anyways.

What will stop TPG from spinning off the combined company with the debt attached.

It is exactly what Sinclair did with Diamond Sports and the RSNs, now look at what happened to them.
