I found a hole saw that perfectly fits 1-1/2" plastic conduit and run through the siding just above the cement. The conduit fits tight enough I have to use a hammer and tap it into the hole. A bead of silicone on the outside of the conduit seals it and locks it in place after it is pressed in. I have cat6, several RG-6, and a power cable running out to my dishes though one conduit, and several RG-8 for my ham radio antennae in the other. Any buried feedlines are in PVC conduit so I can replace or update cable runs as required. Biggest issue with the conduits is to make sure there is no air flow between the outside and inside by filling the space with putty. Keeps condensation from forming in cold weather and bugs etc from entering.
