I have a mesh 10 foot dish. I am intereste in getting FTA, channel Teletica on PAS 3r. That is my main mission. After acomplishing that anything else more is good.

I need to buy a receiver that can move my dish using my linear mover.

1) Which of these receiver is best?
2) I mean, which will give me what I need and extra for my dollar?
3) They are used units but in good shape. How much should I pay at the most?

You will need a fta rec. to go along with one of these units, both rec. You mention will do what You want as far as moving Your dish and changing You polarity. $40.00 is just about top
dollar on used units. You will need to slave the units or use a switch that will give you analog as well as fta, hope You don't have trees in the east. to keep You from getting Pas 3

No DVB receiver that I'm aware of will directly control a BUD (Big Useful Dish, your 10' mesh). These receivers use DiSEqC and USALS to control small motors that move 30" - 1 meter dishes.

You can buy something called a V-box that converts the small motor DiSEqC commands to drive a BUD actuator.

Also, you might want to look at the Pansat 2700 or 3500 receivers, they have terminals that will control the polarity (horizontal or vertical) on your BUD.
