Lost one satellite. The configuration before I added a 44 was as follows: DPP500 with two leads going to two dual receivers and back feeding with diplexers. I added a 44 to the system, power inserter at the main receiver, and two more drops to other rooms. No receivers in the new rooms yet. The problem is that they are only getting one satellite now. Bad Switch, bad configuration, got any ideas?? john

Yup, 2 cables from the DPP500 to the input of the 44. losing locals that are on 110 but 119 channels are okay. Also one cable each out with diplexers to the dual recievers and two new drops that are not used yet. Everything worked well before I installed the 44.

You may be right on, I should have run check switch before I left. I knew that. I will go back out later and check things out. Didn't notice the problem myself but the customer did.

You could also take the line for 110 and try it on a different port on the switch, but I think a check switch is going to fix your issue.
