dpp 44 switch

i have an 811 and 2 322 recievers running through a dpp44 switch. i have signal on the 811 and one of the 322s but not on the other 322. what can i check or what could be causing the problem

Welcome to SatelliteGuys...If you have not tried this already swap the problem receiver with the other 322 and see what happens. If the problem clears on the bad and transfers to the good you might have a bad connection. Also try unplugging all your receivers, then your power inserter. Then power up the 322 that is giving problems with the Satellite feed/coax unhooked, do a switch check...power up everything else then do another switch check on the 322 after hooking the coax back up. See what happens...
