Hold down the TV button until all of the buttons up top light up. Then press the power button and start to channel up untill the T.V. turns off. Then press the # button and then the power button again and T.V should turn back on. If the T.V. doesn't turn back on you went too many times up when channeling up. Start over but channel down once or twice. That should do ya.
