Hello Forum.Well the DP34 switch went out last week so I went on ebay and purchased a new one and installed it last night no big deal just a few cables and some zip ties.I do not have the patients on dealing with the installer to come out and and fix the problem,also trying to sync my work schedule with the installers?A complete nightmare I have read here about installers not showing up or getting bumped for a new install.Should I tell dish that I replaced the switch with a new one from ebay hoping that they might give me a credit on my bill.I love my dish but dealing with there installers no thank you.:up
