dp301 help

has anyone had this problem

my dp301-13 doesnt seem to see any sats.
i live in st louis park mn

as far as i know everthing is amied right and i think the lnb is good
i think it is the box
any help ?

Is this your only receiver, if not are your others working. Pull plug for 15 min, then repower and menu 6-1-1 check switch and see if you can check the switches...
