download off of PVR?

I have a few movies etc now on the 522. Is there a way to download these off the PVR to say my computer for more perm method of saving these recordings..

if you want to get them on computer you will need a capture card...as all the data on the hard drive is encrypted from what im told. So you would have to play it from the 522 to the capture card. Alternatively I understand a Stand alone dvd recorder works well.
