Don't receive all 119 transponders

I had to move my dish higher up on my house because my trees had grown so tall. After I moved the dish I lost a small number of channels. They are 169, 170, 171 and 172 and all seem to be on 119 transponder 14.

I have a typical DishPro 500 setup running to a 921 and an older Dishplayer. The Dishplayer does not have any problems.

My dish is plumb and set to 114-47-202.

I have tried rebooting the 921 and I have done the check switch.

The screen comes up all green and says that it is all good.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have sort of figured out what is going on.

I was playing with tuner 1 and tuner 2 last night and tuner 2 is working fine but turner 1 is losing the signals.

I am assuming that maybe a wire is bad or maybe something with the lnb.

It is a quad lnb. I only have three cables coming out of the lnb. If I am looking at it correctly one side is for 119 and the other for 110 and each side has two outputs. Does it matter which output the cable is on?

Thanks for your help.

All 4 ports on a quad LNB are essentially the same. Before any test is ever performed, the ports are preset to their respective satellite, but once the switch test is performed on that port, steering is controlled by the box or switches.
