Don't know where to go for help

Hi I was hoping someone could help me a little. I live in New york. I have Dish 500 and want to install a third receiver which is a dual tuner(322). I also have an HDTV but the receiver for it isn't hd. Its a 501. Currently I have an antenna attached to the dish that helps me get locals as a well as a few channels in HD. I was wondering what type of dish would I need to change to and and which satellites I need for the ny area.I know for sure 110 and 119 which is what I receive but i'm unclear on the 118, 121, 129 and I think I might have heard of others but I'm not sure of them either. I also read of super dish and dish 1000 on ebay too but don't really know the difference.
