When I first signed up with E*,they charged me for 2 months service. When I
cancelled my service, they told me,they would waiver the $25 reactivation fee,
if I ever returned.Well,my figures add up to a little serverance pay for E*,on my
departure.What's wrong with this picture?.

What's wrong? Well, your post makes absolutely no sense. That's what's wrong.

Did you sign a contract? it's possible you owe dish money..

if not then yeah I guess you're waiting for a partial credit

I was with E*,for 4 years,my contract ended the 1st year.D*,does'nt do business
this way.How long does it take to get a refund?.:hungry:

I never saw a refund from DISH they carried a credit balance on my closed account. When I reactivated last Nov. they credited that balance but also charged the $25 fee that they weren't going to charge. When I cancelled last week I was told I owe $1 and change even though we are supposed to be paid a month in advance. The only conclusion is their accounting is always in their favor.

You will have to call to request a refund, they don't do it unless you ask for it, or at least in my case.
