Does the 811 get channel 100?

Last night it was mentioned that some receivers do not get channel 100. They didn't mention the 811 but when I checked my guide, channel 100 was not there. Do I have to reboot or something?

Or is this just another upgrade that's coming?

I think it's just not activated yet.
