Does ST work on mobile phones and tablets?

I am thinking of subbing to sunday ticket this fall but wanted to know if I can watch it on an app like I used with the hopper? If not, can I watch it on a PC after logging into directv account?

edit: sorry for cluttering forum, a little search revealed the answer is Yes if you have sunday ticket MAX

As you found, you can with MAX.

Otherwise you can buy a slingbox like what you used with Dish. You would need a full sling box ($100+), not the simple adapter that hooks USB - that only works on Dish receivers.
