Does Coolsat 4000 Pro support PAL ?

I would like to use my Coolsat 4000 Pro (SRE 05429604) in Europe for true FTA.
Could you please advise how to select/switch to PAL. The Manual does not provide any details, only shows the default is NTSC.

Here is the problem: My manual shows TV Standard NTSC-M. The electronicaly available user manual lists PAL as well.

I am still not sure if I could watch the satellites in EU with my Coolsat bought in Canada.
