I apologize if this is sort of a double-post. However, I thought I'd ask a more general question than any specific brand (from the DVB World USB DVB-S2 tuner thread).
Does anyone at all have installed and successfully working two identical USB DVB-S2 tuners on the same PC? I know someone very knowledgable/experienced who says that (in the past), it wasn't possible to record/stream from two different two USB DVB World tuners on the same PC. Is there still such a weird limitation? He said that you can tune independantly , but only one device will stream the actual mpeg/mpeg4 stream. His solution is to buy two different brands of tuners (which I prefer not to do for more than one reason; but probably not an issue for most people).
Maybe there is some kind of bug/limitation in the DVB Dream software? I know I sure as heck cant be the first person who wants to buy two DVB USB tuners (same brand) on the same PC.
Thanks guys!
Michael
