If you are like me, you've noticed a positive change in how Dish does things these days. And if you are like me, in the past when things didn't go the way you thought they should, you let the know. Either with a call or email or whatever.
So now, if you think things are on the right path, let them know. I don't know of a better way to ensure good service and support than to let the provider know what you DO like instead of only complaints. So email them an 'atta boy!!
