To terminate service you need to talk to a representative to give them a last chance at saving a customer. Are you under a 2 yr. contract?

I don't think so, discuss you have some safety concerns getting to it, I don't think they have been pushy to get the LNB

Usually they send you boxes to send any receivers that are leased back to them and they call it a day.

if you cant get to it they wont ask for it. Just mention you cant get to the LNB

It takes them several days to send the boxes out so their winback department can call and harrass you into keeping your service.

After you send the boxes back, it's game over if they want your business back because then they need to provide you with new equipment and send a tech back out to hook everything back up.
