Gregg Loewen (or any ISF tech),
Have you got to measure/calibrate a new 1080P DLP monitor with this "SmoothPicture"..wobulation? The DLP chip by TI now only has 960 x 1080 mirrors to form a 1920 x 1080P image. Any draw backs with this?
Also wondering if you have any input on the new DLP tech that uses LED's instead of a "bulb asy" & spinning wheel along with this half the number mirrors chip (they should be out in March 2006).
Just thinking about the near future with a 1080P displays.
I'll wait for the 2nd or 3rd generation of HD-DVD and/or Blu-ray players & see how it pans out.
Thanks
Barney
