Distant Networks with Programming Package?

I've had a Sky Angel Subscription along with locals through Dish Network.
However, Sky Angel will soon be leaving satellite in favor of IPTV. I may want to go with DirecTv for satellite service.

The programming packages for DirecTv say "locals included." But I live in an area where DirecTv doesn't have any locals. Will they substitute Distant Networks in the package? Or will I have to pay EXTRA for distants?

You will receive a $3 credit for no locals. If you qualify for distant locals they can sell them to you.
