Distant Network Channels in HD??

Hi,
I just would like to know if somebody can explain me if I can get my Distant Network Channels in HD?
Since I live in Puerto Rico, my "locals" are the NY Networks, so, if I upgrade to a VIP receiver, will they show up?

As of right now, they are only offering them to customers who live in the NY area.

I hope this will change soon, since legally they can and should offer HD to "rural" customers.
