can i move antenna & dish purchased in P.R. and setup in Massachusetts to same satelllite and possibly recieved same local if i leave my billing info intact and in good standing ?? trying to keep same P.R. locals in the states!!

due to spotbeams (think flashlight), your PR locals won't work outside of PR

The dish will work and probably be overkill size wise. As iceberg said no signal due to spotbeam for P.R. channels.
