DishStore question???

May someone can help me out here. I trying to buy HD/211K from dish network, they charge $299.00 that’s kind of expensive. But in “dishstore” such I never buy anything from them before. (yet).. Put the same item for around $170. Such as GREAT price!!!!
But wondering is it BREAN NEW IN THE BOX for that price or what?
Maybe someone knows or had experience with the store can tell me

If it does not say it is refurbished, then it should be brand new. Why not call Claude and ask?

Who’s Claude?
I called that toll free phone number in the middle of the page, the guy have no idea about the thing selling in the page. he just sing up people for the dish network, is kind of strange no straight number to that page items for sale.
