At the Dishstore we every once and a while we have a customer who has a bad receiver and sends it back to us for an exchange. When we get the exchanges in from customers we check them out and go ahead and send them back to Dish to get a replacement unit. Dish therefore sends us a service replacement unit, which has the remainder of the origional warranty that was on the unit we sent in to be replaced.

(1) Factory Referbished Model 811 Stand Alone Receiver - $299 Including UPS Ground Shipping

• All the units being sold here come factory sealed still wrapped in plastic from DISH Network and will have a warranty which is good for atleast 9 months if not 1 full year depending on the paticular unit.
  
• All units will come with a remote control and a UHF Antenna
  
• All units for the exception of the 921, do not include a user manual, batteries or cables to connect to your Tv.
  
• Units will not come in their origional factory box, however will be very carefully wrapped with peanuts and bubble wrap.
  
• Any warranty issues that may come up with any of these units, must be handeled directly with DISH Network. Do not call me and ask for me to pay to send out a replacement since I am selling these units at a loss on my books.
  
• Paypal only to a confirmed address. I got some personal bills I need to pay and therefore cannot accecpt a credit card payment through the store like I usually do.
