Dish's screwy accounting!

I just looked at my account on the website and see 'Statement balance' at $847 and change. Yet there isn't anything anywhere on that page that can come up with that, nor am I in arears.

I had a CSR tell me once to ignore 'statement balance' 'cause it often didn't make sense, but if that is true, what the heck is it?

Now I'm really confused!! I just went back to the Dish site to look again and was going to do an online chat about it, and the 'Statement Balance' is $105 and change, which is right.

Yep. They seem to have been having some problems in billing lately.

You should not start worrying until you bring up your bill online and it's wrong.

Hmm.. Right now my balance is correct, but says I an not enrolled in Auto/Pay and receive a standard/Mailed statement. Whereas mine should have Auto Pay with Paperless statements. I will give a a day or so to clear up since payment is due soon... But 1 yr of Cinemax with Auto Pay is still on my account.

Mine did that also and in a few days it was back to autopay.

I wouldn't worry about all that. Dish's system is correct, just sometimes & has problems get the info to the website. It's basically a website issue.
